These conditions of sale are concluded: 
- on the one hand by the company Ston'Art, a sole proprietorship whose head office is located at 3, chemin du petit pré 39240 St Hymetière sur Valouse, registered in the trade and companies register of Lons le Saunier under number 492 633 573 , 
- on the other hand, by any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the Ston'Art website  hereinafter referred to as "the buyer".

Object : 

The present conditions of sale aim to define the contractual relations between Ston'Art and  the buyer and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the Ston'Art merchant site, whether the buyer is a professional or an individual.
The acquisition of a property through this site implies unreserved acceptance by the buyer of these conditions of sale. 
These conditions of sale shall prevail over any other general or specific conditions not expressly approved by Ston'Art. 
Ston'Art reserves the right to modify its conditions of sale at any time. In this case, the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date of the order by the buyer.

Characteristics of the goods offered:

The products offered for sale are those which appear in the  pages reserved for online sales on the Ston'Art website . 
The photographs of the products are as faithful as possible but cannot ensure a perfect similarity with the product offered, in particular with regard to the colors.

Prices :

The prices indicated are prices excluding VAT in euros, Ston'Art being an individual company, VAT is not applicable in accordance with   Article 293 B of the General Tax Code.

The prices indicated in the online store do not include postage and packing costs, which will be added  when choosing your country of delivery.

These charges are calculated based on the weight of the items being shipped.

Delivery locations:

We accept orders from all countries. Any customs fees will be borne by the buyer.

Withdrawal:

Buyers, non-professional individuals, benefit from a withdrawal period of fourteen  days from the delivery of their order to return the product to the seller for exchange or refund without penalty, with the exception of transport costs.

Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Products must be packaged properly to arrive in good condition. If necessary, Ston'Art reserves the right not to reimburse defective products.

Payment terms :

The price is payable when ordering. 
Payments will be made by credit card or through a Paypal account. 
If you wish to pay by bank transfer or check, please contact us beforehand.

Deliveries:

Deliveries are made to the address indicated during the  ordered. 
In case of damage during transport, please contact us to let us know as soon as possible.

If the package is damaged, refuse  delivery to the carrier. 
Delivery times are only given as an indication;  Ston'Art can in no way be held responsible for too long a delivery time depending on the carrier.

Warranty:

All products supplied by the seller comply with the descriptions and photos on the site at the time of purchase.
In the event of non-compliance of a product sold, it may be returned to the seller who will take it back, exchange it or refund it.

Archiving - Proof:

Ston'Art  will archive purchase orders and invoices on a reliable and durable medium constituting a faithful copy in accordance with the provisions of article 1348 of the Civil Code. 
The computerized records of Ston'Art will be considered by the parties as proof of communications, orders, payments and transactions between the parties.

Litigation :

These online sales conditions are subject to French law. 
Only the Chamber of Commerce of Lons le Saunier will be competent in the event of a dispute of any kind or dispute relating to the formation or execution of an order.
